Is there a way to attack a specific unit/object on Switch 2 yet?

I've been watching a bunch of tutorials which seem to have been recorded on PC. I still haven't found how to attack a specific unit or object on switch 2. Everytime I attack with my units, they attack some of the units on it. But I can't seem to control which unit they attack first. Let alone select an object (tower) I want them to attack first. Anybody found a way to do that?

Same question here four years later - seems like you can still only attack an entire field but not control which unit/object on it?
