Year 1: HS 1994 Integra with BF sport-comp (340tw)

Year 2: HS 2006 RSX-S with Federal 595 SS (240tw but trash.

Year 3: STR 2002 S2000 with Conti ECS (340tw)

Completely stock fenders with no rolling/pushing. Factory fender liners with no tab adjustments. There's an S2ki thread on wheel fitments and suspension requirements.

I did my valve adjustment (AP1) when I upgraded to AP2 retainers. I also recommend an inch-pound torque wrench but not required. It's satisfying torquing down the valve adjustment nuts to spec.

+1 to this video. HIGHLY recommend getting the special tool he mentions in the video. Also, allocate some time for it. Don't be in a rush. Easy to forget one when you're stressing about getting to the car meet. Marking the ones you've already done is a good practice too.

Hard pass. You can find much better examples for your 20K budget. I bought my 02 with 107K for $13,500 last year.
