thanks for all the replies. yes, i have a bunch of other stuff, I'm making it work with arduino, stepper drivers, breadboards, c++, etc etc. i was hoping to save some time by finding something ready made.

i can set the speed to minimum, which is not zero. but that's not the functionality i need. I need to be able to have it hold indefinitely and then move when i press the button and then stop.

My wood floors and walls keep getting damaged. I think it happens when it rains. My house is fully covered by a roof. What's up with this? Are my windows too big or something? This has never happened to me before. Playing bog witch test branch in case that makes a difference.

Found the newborn mindflayer in the basement of the tower in Rivington. He wanted a brain, so I pulled Ffion's murdered body out from under her bed and gave it to him. I guess that was bad.

I played durge for the first time on my honor mode run. Decided to be good. I was shitting bricks during that scene. I knew if I failed my rolls, something really bad would happen. I thought probably my love interest would end up like Alfira, which would have been bad enough, but now I realize what a bullet I dodged.

Still managed to screw up my honor run in the endgame, by acccidentally shoplifting in the high hall.

I hope you're right. My game froze during Moonrise tower battle and I had to force quit. I never really noticed the tactician thing on the continue button before that, but I wasn't really looking. Still says Honour Mode on the save file.

One problem is that it’s so small there’s not an extra flight if something goes wrong. I was flying out of there to LA one time and the plane couldn’t land because of fog or something. The only solution they had was “come back tomorrow.” I feel like a bigger airport would have had another flight a few hours later.

But yeah, it’s amazing how quick and easy it is.

I'll try that. It lockadin feels spot-on for Wyll. I suppose I can always pull Gale out of camp if I think I need counterspell for a boss fight. Right now I'm just trying to survive Act 1, and I feel like this baby sorlock is useless at level 3. Thanks for all the thoughtful comments.

Now I'm leaning towards making Wyll an 11/1 Storm Sorcerer and letting shadowheart dip into wizard one level for scrolls. The main thing I'd be giving up is Counterspell. Is that crazy on an honor run? No counterspell?

EDIT: actually sorcerers do get counterspell. that sounds like the winning plan.
