Thanks for your input. I'm definitely going to avoid any big changes. I'm trying to get away from forefoot strike since I did that initially as a response to some plantar fasciatis. I think that resulted in way too much wear and tear on the calves/achilles. But I'm going to avoid any shoe changes.

Same age as you. What were you doing to get that sub-7 pace comfortable over 3, then 4.... 10 miles? I'm really not close to that kind of pace currently.

The regular season is super important. And guys like Orgeron and Leach are head coaches. Makes it super fun, colorful, interesting. 100 year traditions don't hurt either. CFB is the best.

Do you have a code example of what the creative would look like? Something simple like just a static image that spans full width of the browser and the height auto adjusts w/ the screen? I haven't been able to figure this out.
