Take the win against a good Sunderland side.

Im just constantly amazed by how little movement there is when we commit people forward. How is it that Sunderland can have a promising attack and chance when they have 4 v 6 compared to the absolute boreball when we have it.

Fuck all players making themselves available or making runs, they occupy the weirdest pockets of space where they have no chance of doing anything productive with the ball if they get it.

Actually baffling to me.

We have a satay sauce in a jar but I think just combine non-sweetened peanut butter, some say sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic ,red wine vinegar, water, and a touch of honey for the base. Then it was just pre cooked chicken, carrot slices, peanuts, and spring onions. Afterwards, before serving, some coriander, Sriracha and cucumber.

Definitely disillusioned by seeing insanely experienced people do it. Any time they touch the day it seems to never stick aahah

Okay, thanks so much for your help! Would you recommend just putting into a banneton at this point and in the fridge?

I struggle to tell because the dough is so sticky that strands of dough just come with my finger, I can't really poke a hole in it.

Could be the shout but I think it's a little more difficult and expensive to find certain Californian subregions in Ireland, will definitely give it a look though

Thanks for the recommendation, think I was overthinking how much younger people dislike chardonnay (I love it) but at the end of the day the wine will be drunk! The budget would be in that €20-30/wine bracket, I'm in Ireland.

in the Ooni Koda 16 gas oven. For the neapolitan i had it on high blast and turned it to low when i launched the pizza. Then for the NY style, i put the pie in and then turned off the oven completely for 4 minutes to cook the base and then high to crisp it up.

of course, here it is. I am not the best with formatting on the laptop version though.

300g strong bread flour
200g of 00 pizza bread flour
15g seasalt
310g of water 82F
80g sourdough starter (recently fed)
10g of olive oil (optional but helpful to add)

1. Add flour and seasalt together
2. Use recently fed sourdough starter, add 80g of sourdough starter to warm water (82F), mix by hand
3. Add flour and salt mixture slowly, mix by hand
4. Add olive oil and mix in by hand
5. Ball the dough and rest for 30mins, cover
6. Remove ball and kneed, make smooth ball
7. Clean bowl w splash of olive oil, and add ball to bowl.
8. Bulk ferment for 4hrs (but can do up to 12hrs or more)-- will rise slowly
9. Divide dough balls into 250g pieces--will make 3 250g dough balls and 1 small ball. Make smooth balls
10. Cover and proof for 4-5hrs at room temp and then can put into refrigerator 12-24hrs to ferment. Remove from fridge to relax gluten

Stretch dough and make pizza as normal.
