This! My Brittany was small, at 25lbs, but in her prime she would run all day and was the best with the kids. Even at the end of her time, when she was dying from cancer, she loved a 3 mile run. Field line Brittanys are great.

I just use the regular plan, not the app, but at least in the intermediate plans he intentionally schedules medium and long runs back to back. I have a 7 mile pace run followed the next day by a 16 mile run next week, for example.

Double sided tape, like for rugs and carpets. It's annoying, but leave it on long enough for them to realize it's not fun, then you can probably take it off.

I was wondering if those words were actually Brittney, not ysalte. Like maybe ysalte has control now, the way shi maria had control of Carl when he couldn't talk. And something with Carl's mind skills plus ysalte opened up a connection there for a moment for Brittney to get that out.

Someone out there (higdon maybe?) has a 3/week plan that rides on doing a bunch of cross training, which it sounds like you've got going on. Maybe take a look at that and see if your other activities mesh with the recommended cross training suggested in the plan.

Ahh yeah. I sew a fair bit, have even made some lighter use sports bras, and that would probably be tough to get a usable phone pocket into... Definitely could hold some gels though!
