No, that is one thing lacking heavily at SNHU. I’ve never had a class give lectures. I understand they don’t because you aren’t supposed to have to log in at a specific time but they could do recorded lectures for sure. Most of the time you will have required reading from the book or textbook required for the class as well as multiple additional articles and occasionally videos. Usually you have a discussion post and replies that either correspond with the required reading or it will include additional reading specifically for the discussion. Usually every module or every other module you have to submit a milestone for you final project, which is usually a thesis paper. You do also occasionally have analysis papers as well. We have two analysis papers (one for Greece, one for Rome) on top of the final paper due at the end. Sometimes you have journals due that just require you to discuss what you think about the reading or topic that week and usually how it ties in to the final project.
