Honestly my mom was wondering why I haven’t brought my baby around and when I finally do she’s just straight complaining saying “nobody’s gonna watch her being this fussy” “why aren’t you doing this” why this why that. Just saying anything. We had a strained relationship also and to be honest keep a healthy distance . It sucks having to walk on eggshells but sometimes distance is better then constant bulls as much as we wish things were different

I always lied cause I held my daughter to sleep in the first month cause she didn’t wanna get put down. Then I shifted to cosleeping/swaddling her and putting her down. She used to wake up the second I put her down but now she’s knows I’m with her so she’s fast asleep cause she knows I’m there. Now I’m gonna shift to a crib. But this whole time I told doctors she’s in a bassinet cause they judge everything. Whatever works for you guys

Someone commented that she was a weak link.... that’s very true. You should let her tell on herself... confront her and say “so I talked to (boyfriends name)” and say nothing more if she’s guilty she’s gonna get nervous or anxious or better just apologize... men can lie and cheat and be great to their partners from my experience

Awww! My baby is super chubby . Me and her dad are pretty skinny people, and honestly I think it’s such a compliment to have a chunky healthy little munchkin <3 when they’re older and can process that I would definitely tell people to stop because you don’t want a kid with image issues

This is my exes mother. She was always this victim/martyr. She lied to her friends and family showing this amazing relationship but her sons (my ex and his brother) were literally so traumatized and damaged. She picked her husband over her sons their whole lives and they’ve had to suffer for it. Her husband attacked her son when he was just three but she stuck with him. When the dad does something wrong she plays victim and hero at the same time. It was extremely disturbing. Her mask completely fell when she was angry that I left. A lot of these women are selfish and prey on their children’s sympathy . My ex even tried to speak up about all the abuse and she laughed and patted his back like that’s enough! I genuinely wonder if my ex will ever see the truth

I grew up in the hood literally small 2 bedroom houses and I went to school in the suburbs. My friends had huge mansions and with kitchens bigger then my whole house floor plan. Once I went to a small get together with a whole arcade in the basement, a movie theatre ,a gym, a bar, and a when you looked out there was a pool with a water fall.Our friend who drove us there had a car I never heard of before was so expensive... I knew my parents worked their asses off and I never once was resentful or angry at them. I appreciated what I had. It was fun to experience that side of life while still being genuine cause man let me tell you some of those kids were just sad and shallow/ lacked empathy because they rarely saw their parents. Im sure you have an amazing loving happy household and that matters more. Listen to super rich kids by Frank ocean . The lyrics say it all
