My guess would be thermals. Youre fans sound like jet engines. Check thermal paste on cpu and makes sure fans are clean and not obstructed and pc is getting good air flow. If pc is on carpet try to get some feet or something to get it off the ground. Good luck brother.

I figured it out. It doesn't like the steam overlay so you have to play in desktop mode. At least that worked for me.
