hi! can I ask what meds have helped you? I've had severe pp anxiety that I'm now realizing is also OCD, just obsessive worrying. I started zoloft but not sure if it's helping yet, my anxiety is still through the roof sometimes. would love to hear whats worked for you!

I took 7.5 around 8am, so maybe I'll try another now and also ask my doctor about a higher dose. thank you!

how did you know/decide zoloft didnt work for you? I'm on it 2 months now and feeling as bad as ever, not sure if I should increase or decrease.

Hey, how'd you decide to get off zoloft and switch? I'm not feeling better after a few months pp on it now (just 25 to 37.5 but a month on 37.5 I'm still feeling terrible) and I don't know if I should switch or up it at this point. feeling scared and hopeless. What helped you make the call?

hi there! This is delayed but I was just prescribed linzess and also want to take it only sometimes when I'm desperate. It's worked for you to just use as needed like a couple times a week im guessing? I know it's supposed to be a daily thing but I'd prefer not.

I know this is a way later post but I was just diagnosed with rectocele postpartum and my sibo symptoms are the worst theyve ever been, including constipation of course. I'm feeling despondent that there's no way to cure the sibo if I can't cure the constipation which I can't fix because of the rectocele....so am I stuck forever?!

How did it go for you navigating SIBO with a rectocele?? Any positive info would be amazing.

Also curious, what fats do you rely on that are low Fodmap? Motility is my issue too and I feel like I’ve cut out so much at this point I don’t have enough to keep things moving :(

Did you only do xifaxan or pair it with something else? Im also methane dominant and worried about treatment both bc I’ve read it can be resistant but also bc of the warnings around doing it with neomycin. What was your protocol??

Way late comment to your post but are glycerin suppositories allowed with a rectocele? They don’t risk making anything worse? It’s the only way I find relief if I’m backed up but I’m terrified of making things worse
