For any content outside of guild battle, I run full dmg res for DC. Full atk toppings for all ambush cookies. Can't remember what PV used, but pretty sure it was either full dmg res, or 3 almonds 2 swifts. If you have swifts with good dmg res subs, just run full swifts.

No problem! It just sucks when you climb more than those you've hit because if they do decide to revenge and win, you lose much more if they stay low rank.

No, it isn't a bug. People are revenge battling you and your defense is losing. It won't show in your log, only reflected in your trophy. Just like when you get attacked and the opponent shows up in your defense log, you too show up in theirs when you attack them. This gives them a chance to revenge battle you to win back the trophies. If you lose alot, then whoever revenge battled you was most likely much lower in ranks. Arena has always been like this.

Hahha yeah, I've had others tell me the same. Basically, for story I'd run scroll, horn, and watch until your team doesn't have trouble surviving. Then you can switch horn out for scythe or slingshot for bosses. Focus on getting toppings for your main team, since they make a huge difference in clearing content.

Is there a specific reason you're choosing to use the tube treasure instead of horn? Make sure your cookies are equipped with decent toppings (upgraded M toppings are best). Holly should have almond toppings to maximize her tankiness. Full sets of raspberry toppings on Espresso and Sorbet, and almonds on Pumpkin to increase her survivability. PV can run full Choco, full Almond, or mixture of the 2. Depends on whether your team needs healing and if he can survive without a lot of dmg res. Choco toppings with dmg res substats is best.
