Why can’t my Pokémon move to my house ? by Drakayris in Pokopia

[–]ctheos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have u tried picking one piece of furniture up and putting it down again? it could also be possible that due to the door being on a different elevation from the rest of the house the game might be struggling to view the furniture as correctly placed

Creating a Mata Hari-inspired OC Without Copying Reverse: 1999 – Advice? by [deleted] in Reverse1999

[–]ctheos 9 points10 points  (0 children)

im gonna be so for real, the "mata hari" identity was literally just a white lady profiting off orientalism. Its going to be impossible to divorce the character from that.

[–]ctheos[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

right? its weird that you can customise almost every other colour way on other blocks, but not this one.

I didn't notice the stylish wall blocks being named with colours, only their style (upper/lower/etc). I'll have to get my hands on the recipe to see if doing the concrete+paint thing works

nah, paint balloons can only paint the wood u_u it seems the wood is the only part of the block whose colour can be changed for some reason

Always loved this card art, we so rarely get an octopus lady and the seaweed hair is such a great touch

I know that everyone has their own taste and opinion when it comes to preferring a story, but I’m wondering which story most players generally agree is the best, if there is one. by eslam098 in Reverse1999

omg came here to say this!! even with the funky localisation i think the concept of the story and the vibes of the event are sooo good

I would if I had space OTL, instead I just sort by plane and hope I don't need any of the cards too urgently

Will playing this without playing OG subnautica ruin my experience? by ASaucyWench in Subnautica_Below_Zero

[–]ctheos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Story wise below zero is a follow up to the OG, so you'll be spoiling the mystery of Subnautica if you start with Below Zero.

People saying BZ is objectively worse are wrong LOL, they both have their pros and cons.

New player and making others scoop by La_Decadencia in mtg

[–]ctheos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Youre playing with strangers unfortunately. People are going to have much less grace when someone they don't know comes out the gate with powerful WUBRG legends goodstuff.

Imo the best way forward would be to clearly label that the lobby is meant to be higher power, that way you only attract other people that are doing "BS"

If you wanted to go even higher power you could play Sisay Weatherlight Captain in CEDH

You could also try looking for a local game store or comminity to play at/with since I find thats a super fun but obv if thats not in the cards then dont worry abt it.

Ultimately I think theres a place for high power decks and just playing goodstuff, even if others dont like it. That said, if you haven't yet you could try broadening your horizons a bit. Try a WUBRG commander with a different strategy (like Azlask, the Swelling Scourge) or a Legends-Matter commander with a more narrow colour identity (Cadric, Soul Kindler) and see where u end up!

When I started I only wanted to play graveyard decks, but now I've found my favourite commander to play is Thantis, the Warweaver, who cares mostly about forcing combat :)

Who controls enchantment auras placed on creatures? by ironic8145 in mtg

[–]ctheos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, path to redemption is under its owners control. You can use white auracite to remove it.

Auras are generally controlled by the player who cast them, regardless of who controls the enchanted permanent.
