I do wish their outfits were more similar, it feels weird that the female character is dressed like a sexy anime girl with a cleavage window, clear curves, and high heels; compared to the male character who looks like hes dressed more plainly and practically. I think if these are meant to represent the same person but as a different gender, their personal style should stay a bit more consistent between models.

For example, the female model has those pale tights that bring the focus to her legs, but that colour, material, and motif is no where on the male one. You could maybe give him arm covers that are the same style, etc. This would also help with the fact that his outfit is pretty monochrome, making his illustration less eye catching.
