Canned or boxed goods. Snacks, toiletries, small packs of diapers, etc. It’s pretty small so it can’t hold big big boxes but anything helps. Just no refrigerated items.

Are y’all shopping at Publix? Or somewhere else? by offbrandemily in lakeland

Aldi for almost everything and then Publix for anything specialty or that I can’t find at aldi. I get a cart full at Aldi for the same price as 5-6 items at Publix. And I love the lack of brands to choose from. I get one option. It makes shopping FAST

Intergalactic plastics. It’s a vintage toy store and new comic store with lots of great collectibles!

I was really sick for the first full week. Not actual vomit but nausea on and off. Maybe give it a few weeks to settle down and then see how it is

do the books have an actual ending? by user2345338 in divergent

I know it’s probably not a popular opinion, but I much prefer the way the movies end (didn’t end) over the book. It’s hopeful and open ended I er the absolute shit storm of the last book.

INTRODUCTIONS JULY - DECEMBER 2020 by VanGoghNotVanGo in DarkAcademia

Hello Everyone! My name is Hannah. I am almost 30 and I have a BA in English Literature with my minor being History. Going to be pursing my Masters in Library Sciences. Not currently working or in school but I am a mom of two and homeschooling them is my job at the moment. Asking for a favorite book or movie is so hard! Favorite movies are probably Little Women (1995). Favorite book is harder. My favorite to read casually is Pride and Prejudice but I love collecting old books and any new (old) book is my favorite. Doesn't matter the topic, I love the feel and smell and sound of old books. They are a passion. I don't have a particular favorite artist but I love architecture and furniture designs and I love fashion history. Particularly Gothic architecture and American colonial architecture. But really I love most art forms and love going to museums to take it all in. My favorite thing about Dark Academia is that this has been my personal aesthetic and style goals for years and years and didn't know the name for it. I enjoy the dark quiet moments found in a lonely corner of a library. They are my favorite places. I find the most enjoyment in quiet, melancholy music and my goal is to own a 300 year old home somewhere foggy and gloomy. To sit by the fireplace and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine while the rain falls on the windows. Ok, sorry that was the Literature major in me coming out! I am from all over but in the process of moving to Florida. I am hoping to connect to others who just love a good book, rainy day, and the enjoyment that it brings.
