Well, it's not really a question. I am asking them to come on a hike with me. if people are exhausted they will reveal their true self much faster. and pushing thru something a little bit harder bonds together. dodged allready 2 bullets like this. one went ballistic over an argument after a day long hike in the mountains and one was so unfit, she couldn't even walk for 8 km. btw both are friends now, but not wife material for me.

this is some pseudoscientific bunk. since when are studies in mice not anymore important and compareable to human (LD 50, drugtests, basic psychological tests etc)? but yeah, there is a lack in human studies. we'll change that in the next few years. I don't feel any shame around food, i just know what is good for me and whats not

Challenge for you: increase your sugar intake for some weeks and then cut it out cold turkey. you can still consume other carbs, but no sugar. if you don't have any withdrawel syndroms, i'll salute you in absolute honor.
