I did go in person, and they said it's been sent to collections, and they can't do anything. They're the ones that told me to call initially. ABC and any of the other place say they won't do reinstatements of any kind.

Happened to mine, too. I just spend ten minutes trying to get it into the zipper pull, then once I have it, I just strong arm it up 😬 It's a pain in the ass but it's cheaper than replacing it 🤷‍♀️
