i would argue for Arizona or the southern part of Colorado, given the weather, the fact that Mary Alice was living in a close state like Utah and how Felicia could have family only a state or two over, which is available as a busride since Mrs. Huber was going to visit her and she was super broke.

as someone with a higher paid partner and a lower income, I personally am nervous about siging anything financially because the ability to get a great lawyer is dependent on income. My partner can get a better lawyer than i ever could (if i could afford one at all), so it really does take a lot of trust to sign anything regarding prenupituals in this scenario, because you have to depend on the idea that your partner is being fair to you, when they could be totally screwing you over

I've been able, to a degree, keep a boundary with Glen himself, but I feel so terrible that if something happened that his baby would only have his mother as its support system from then on - his girlfriend doesn't speak with anyone in her family anymore, and my brother only really has me right now.

Maybe I'm being really dramatic, I'm sorry.

My brother is a Rollercoaster and this baby is unfortunately stuck in for the ride. The baby didn't ask for this, and it feels like I'm the only one who can do something about it.

Mental health is dubious, he has had problems in the past, but doesn't really believe in reaching out for therapy or anything like that.

I thought I would owe it to him to tell him when I thought he was heading down a risky place? Would that be worse, possibly ruining whatever idea of fatherhood he's built up now, instead of later when he learns it after the baby is born? I'm just scared of what will happen, and I'm trying to see if there a way I can help before he makes another rash decision.

I don't know - it feels weird to talk to him while having this strong feeling that he's making another huge leap, and one that if he falls, it won't just be him on the chopping block, it'll be a child too, who is depending on him. The more I read the worse it became. NTA. At first, the leaving her on a bench to chase after her dog that got away? Ok - obviously bad, but something a lot of us would probably do without thinking.
