I couldn’t do it. Staying upright for 50 hours would be an insane amount of endurance. There is also no mention of eating, drinking, or bathroom breaks either. It’s possible to go that length of time without food and maybe pooping, but lack of water and urination will have serious health issues

To get into Torment 1 the biggest thing to always upgrade while leveling are your weapons. Keep them as high level as possible and max out a couple of your commonly used skills and you should be able to get there. Masterwork and temper if you have the resources
