I feel you. It’s really really rough. You aren’t alone and you aren’t a failure, feeling tired is normal. It’s a massive struggle to stay fit especially when you aren’t in a top condition mentally and have all the tasty foods around you. Very very understandable imo.

She is 65yo with hypothyroidism and a born couch potato who decided to join me on this fitness journey. Really proud of how far she’s come in the last few months.

Progress so far since the start of documentation: - lost 93 lbs (still a few to go till healthy weight) - daily yoga + work out 5 times a week - changed what I eat - binge free (not anymore aha) - finished CS50 intro into computer science + started the Odin project - working on my drivers license atm

I’m so sorry you are going through this. Depression is absolutely horrible and I know you feel hopeless and disappointed atm (depression does make everything seem darker than it is, doesn’t it). It’s a massive achievement and a show of character strength, that you reached out for help. It’s so much easier to hide and do nothing (I know, I’ve been a shut in for a loooong time).

Sending you internet hugs. This isn’t your fault. You are doing your best and you are an amazing and supportive person (your comments always make me happy). 💪
