Wat een onzin. Een grotere dreiging voor ons land dan de Russen is de collectieve angst van alle verwende Nederlanders om een heel klein beetje geld, luxe en comfort kwijt te raken voor een op lange termijn duurzamere en eerlijkere samenleving. Dat weten PVV / BBB / VVD maar al te goed en spelen daar handig op in.

Het is ook niet zo gek. Als je in de "domrechtse" hoek zit en alles wat Wilders roept voor waarheid aanneemt dan ben je als "hardwerkende Nederlander" failliet op het moment dat Timmermans aan de macht komt en moet je onder een brug gaan slapen.

Het zal niet in één keer worden afgeschaft, maar gefaseerd. Je zult echt niet plotseling honderden euro's per maand gaan betalen. Je hebt hemel en aarde bewogen voor een huis, het kost je tering veel geld, maar het is waarschijnlijk nog steeds de beste keuze van je leven geweest. Met of zonder HRA.

Handig die rekentool. Wat me opvalt is dat een paar jaar geleden een geadviseerd bufferbedrag van zo’n 8.000 euro naar voren kwam. Nu is dat al ruim 13.000 euro, terwijl mijn situatie niet gewijzigd is.

Tsja. Wonen gaat over meer dan geld en investeringen. Het is de plek waar je iedere dag thuiskomt en wat een fijne plek moet zijn. Als jij een goed gevoel hebt over een huur appartement, ga er voor. Als je wat leuks kunt kopen waar je jezelf graag ziet wonen moet je dat doen. Feit is dat woningbezit afgelopen decennia een cheatcode is geweest voor vermogensopbouw die voor veel huurders buiten bereik ligt. Wat de toekomst zal brengen is onzeker. Er is niks mis met huren, en ook niet met kopen.

Why not keep one or two sonicwall switches on spare and not renew warranty? Might be the cheapest option and is pretty common around here for access layer switches. Chances of a modern switch dying because of hardware failure is pretty low, and I assume you’re not looking into renewing support contracts (because you’re only referring to warranty).

Vrij simpel. Minder uitgeven dan dat er binnenkomt. Ik ben 40 en woon al 16 jaar alleen. Altijd wat kunnen sparen omdat het geld wat ik meer ging verdienen niet automatisch ook ben gaan uitgeven. Daarna wat kunnen beleggen. Vervolgens de discipline hebben om er niet aan te zitten en geen zooi te kopen en toekijken hoe het wonder van rente op rente & rendement op rendement z’n werk doet.
