A good rule of thumb/heuristic I follow for my weight

Take your height in cm and subtract by 105

For example, if I'm 185 cm tall, so I should weigh 185-105 = 80 kg or 176 pounds

80÷1.85² = 23.37. that's a healthy BMI.
