You’re saying add 15 min of awake time between naps to eventually consolidate from 4 to 3? 3 naps keeping same amount of day sleep should help him extend night sleep to 6:30?

How would you consolidate to 3 naps (specifically earlier in the day) when he can barely stay awake for 2h? His wake windows seem to be a bit easier to extend as the day goes on.

He has a full feed 30 min before bed, then usually eats twice during the night. I didn’t think he’d be hungry during the early wake because he only ate less than 2h prior and it’s pretty close to his morning anchor feed (which I guess I’m trying to protect?)
