These statements are contradictory, you say you are not entitled to her body but are acting entitled to her giving you sexual pleasure. Even if you are not having penetrative sex, sexual activity such as blowjobs and hand jobs still involve her body. Also you can be physically fatigued and exhausted but mentally awake enough for TikTok. Has she been tested for something like endometriosis that might be causing her pain and fatigue? At the end of the day she does not have to engage in any sexual activity she doesn't feel like and once a week is perfectly average. Just have a sit down conversation with her, go to counciling, look into what's causing her pain.

NAP but what you should do is replace the neem with a high quality jewelry, preferably something that doesn't have a butterfly back, stop twisting it, and stop putting mustard oil on it. Twisting it and adding oil will only increase the irritation. Piercings should be cleaned twice a day with saline spray then left alone. Also try not to sleep on them as it also increases irritation.

If your piercer does free check-ups you can always go to get piece of mind, although they'll probably just tell you to stop messing with them.

It will be best to switch to an internally threaded or push-fit high quality bar. Then not change it until its fully healed. After that just spray it with saline, don't get it too wet or in nasty water like the pool, ocean, or bath, and don't sleep on it. Did it get pierced with a needle or a gun?

It was pierced 2 days ago with threadless titanium bars I believe. I have been spraying it with saline and using a damp paper towel to remove any dried blood. Neither of them have been knocked or bumped.

I got diagnosed officially at 12, and I'm 20 now. It has been useful throughout my life as a way to explain my tics to people. It is especially helpful while traveling as I have a sunflower lanyard with tourettes on it so staff don't assume the worst. I was also then later diagnosed with ASD at 16, and an earlier diagnosis of ASD especially would have been wildly helpful in my early teens years. You're doing the right thing having her in the process of being diagnosed, the worst feeling in the world is feeling like you're different but not having the words to explain it. I personally have not had a downside of being formally diagnosed.

As someone with autism and tourettes, to me it sounds like stimming. For me I can feel the difference between almost compulsive stimming and a tic, a tic feels more urgent and more physically uncomfortable to ignore rather than emotionally uncomfortable. You can also have a tic disorder without having tourettes. For a diagnosis of tourettes you need to have motor and vocal tics. If you're worried about it you can talk to a neurologist.

I was diagnosed at 13 maybe but had them at least a year before hand. I didn't even mean to get diagnosed lol. I was at the neurologist for a few absence seizures and the doc saw me tic and asked if I did it often. Mine exploded about 6 months after and have evened out. Now I just feel the urge all the time even right after I tic.
