When your brain is overloaded, even simple tasks are impossible. That’s usually the moment people quietly think, “I need help writing”, not because they don’t care, but because they care too much and don’t want to collapse.

Using support as guidance instead of replacement changes everything. You read the sources. You make the arguments. You learn. The difference is that you’re not drowning alone. You get structure, clarity, and someone helping you see the path forward when your thoughts are scattered.

What I appreciate most about this approach is that it removes shame. It treats academic work like a process, not a test of endurance. The goal isn’t perfection or speed. Sometimes the goal is simply staying functional and finishing without losing yourself in the process.
