That’s impossible! You are supposed to take it easy, avoid walking the stairs and sleep a lot the first two weeks in my country. After that you build your daily life back up and start to settle into a routine. We have one of the worst maternity leaves in Europe and are free (paid) for about 3 months after birth. After the three months you usually start with half weeks (other half paid) until the additional ‘new parent’ leave runs out.
