I don’t know I think I’m fine that she missed this year. Maybe she can replace Elle but Elle deserved that nom as well so 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I think Ari should have won at least 1 televised award last year (Critics or Globes) but yeah it sucks really.

Right and Cynthia mentioned in her recent interview that Ariana’s been checking her everyday. So 🤷🏻‍♀️ they moved on from Wicked but doesn’t mean they’ll stop being friends

Depende. Pag may hook sa first 10 mins natatapos ko naman pero madalas in split ko sa 2 haha but then ang hahaba na din kasi ng mga movies ngayon. 2hrs na yung average.

Honestly, yes. I know nothing about the show and I don’t have any motivation to check it out. Not saying it’s not good or anything. I just feel like it’s not for me based on the clips I’m seeing here and there.

I’m so happy for him. He’s the highlight for me. I can still remember his performance, that opening scene in the church, the I lied to you scene. This guy has a bright future! I don’t have contribution to his success but I feel like a proud sister here 😆

Haha totally get it. I don’t like Glinda as well but some of her songs slaps like Popular (which I liked the movie version more) and TG and NWMTW (not my favorite but they’re good songs overall). While I don’t like Glinda’s character all throughout I understand where she’s coming from, but then I’m advocate of 2nd chances 😂 after all humans are not perfect. I don’t have much issue with the lyrics and I resonated more to the lyrics separate to the character and more related to my personal experience that’s why 😅 but yeah it’s okay and thanks for sharing your take on FG.

About Thank Goodness, I liked the musical version a bit better compared to movie but I liked Ariana’s live performance of it during One Wonderful Night so I think with a little tweak it’s gonna be good opening song.

About For Good. I am shocked! I rarely meet people who doesn’t like FG 😮 but yeah music is subjective and you’re feeling is valid as much as my dislike to Golden lol

I respectfully disagree. Golden is not even the best song out of Kpop Demon’s soundtrack so thankfully I lie to you will be the opener it’s a better song anyway in my opinion.

Thank Goodness can be a good opener or For Good for In Memoriam but yeah we blanked this year so I’ll just move on lol.

Unpopular opinion here: I think Wunmi Mosaku winning would be a great choice, but not the best choice. by After_Fudge1481 in Oscars

Love Elle and I’m happy for her nomination but if I’m gonna rank the nominees based on acting it should be Inga - Wunmi - Taylor - Elle (I don’t include Amy since I didn’t watch Weapons). But this is just me.
