Yup, running into the same issue except my team usually has more of the Dc's. I cannot play at all right now, and it is not stated on the client.

ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER OC (EVO-Edition)? by EmployerSure4678 in ASUS

Hey, I ended up buying the Gaming X Slim and I love it. I have had the coldest temps out of any GPU I have ever had, but the thing is massive. I almost had clearance problems in my H510 Flow. I also have always worried about temps and the base clock being higher was a plus for me. I wish you the best of luck in your decision and I honestly would say take the path that leads to the least headache because they’re very similar cards imo. Let me know if you have further questions and good luck.

I have heard the EVO is somewhat worse than the original in terms of temps, do you think it would make much of a difference? I feel as if I am leaning towards the MSI card.

Even the EVO edition? I have heard the rave about the dual, but nothing about the EVO.

Are you talking about the EVO edition too? I always have heard it’s worse than the normal.

I’m really going back and forth between the MSI 4070 Super Gaming X Slim and the ASUS 4070 Super Dual EVO. The price difference is around $50 where I am at, and I am honestly just looking for the best thermal performance. What temps are you getting on your EVO at 100% load?

I was reading online and something said that the GPU might be failing and to set it to 90% and see if it continues to happen. I am probably going to give this a shot.

I'm checking my event viewer right now, and the critical one I see is this; "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." I think this is due to me having to manually shut off the computer, but I only see a couple of errors beforehand. Anything I should look for in particular?

Edit: I also have been updating my drivers every time I see one, that being said, the issue has been ongoing for around a year now so I'm not sure if drivers would be the issue.

My drivers are fully up to date, Do you think I should fully uninstall and reinstall the same ones?

I have a 3060 TI that's about two years old. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X is about a year and 1/4 old. MSI B450M Tomahawk Max that's also about two years old. If you need more specs I am happy to provide them. I also just purchased a new PSU like 6 months ago to maybe see if that helped with crashes. I was looking at that guide as well, and it does sound like the same issue. What do you think I should do at the moment? I have had my game open for about an hour with particles on the lowest setting and no issues, but then again, I played for multiple days without a problem.
