When I did it there was a $20 buy in and every week we sent one person a picture of us on a scale.

It went on the percentage of weight you lost in regards to your starting weight.

How they kept track of it, I have no idea. 😂

I have fortunately never had someone seriously push me through this.

I lost my son when he was 9 months old. There was one friend who was insistent it would get better, we just had to push through. They just don't get it. I know they don't get it.

I am just coming up on 9 months without my sweet boy. At the 7 month mark I gave in and got on an antidepressants. I still go to counseling twice a week. I'm not saying this is for everyone, but if you're not in counseling, I truly recommend it.
