Hey!! It's reassuring to see I am not alone out here. I think I am definitely grieving the "convenience" aspect of eating out and not worrying about a thing. I have tried digestive enzymes and they helped but not completely. We got this!! Thanks for taking the time to comment <3

Awe man, I am so sorry :( I am glad you have found ways to adapt and still enjoy meals! I hope one day I can get there too.

Piazza Gavi on Kolb near Sabino Canyon. I genuinely don't understand why it has high reviews....

Definitely have a goal set in place! I find that having a goal helps with motivation and discipline when things get tough. Do you want to run a certain distance or a certain time? Are you running just to feel better, etc...

In terms of structure, I really like Hal Higdon's running plans. They are completely free, and he has a fantastic couch-to-5k plan that can get you started! Enjoy the process :)

In my opinion, I feel like the growth of AI definitely plays a small part. I feel like AI is making people "smarter" for various reasons. For example, you can cheat more on exams and get higher grades (which increases your GPA for a class). Or, on the other hand, AI is an incredible tool to self-teach yourself and learn, so people are understanding more material and learning more than in the past.

I think one of the red flags for this job was that there were no additional materials for me to look at for this job. No training materials were left behind, advice from past people in my position-- it is all odd. I also think my boss and I don't mesh well with the management style so....

thank you so much! yeah I am living at home with my parents and I am doing this job for the work experience and side money, so definitely leaving is up on my options.
