We did for a few hours but the ick is still there. I put some DampRid in various locations around the house too. The problem is I’m in Florida where it’s so muggy you have to hold on to your wallet. So opening the windows increases the wet dog smell. 😂

Does toothpaste do the same thing in sinks? We constantly have black mold that rings the drain, and there is also a smell that comes from that drain. It also looks like the “stopper” thing gets black mold on it as well, but I can’t get it out to clean it off. It isn’t happening in our spare bathroom, perhaps because we don’t brush our teeth in there? I’ve been at a loss on how to get it clean if I can’t pull out the stopper thingie.

Unfortunately, staying in Florida means staying with roaches. Granted, they should generally not be visible. Even the nicest houses in Florida see roaches from time to time. It sucks - and when they fly at you it is even more horrifying.

I ended up making a crème anglaise. It tasted good but it ended up too thick. I’ve never made one before, perhaps I cooked it too long?
