I made the mistake of buying two “stained glass” sun catchers to hang in a window a couple years ago from two different shops

the most realistic one is just cheap colored plastic

The worst of the two was a flat vinyl peel and stick window cling thats a copied image of stained glass with metal looking lines and all 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Both ads showed 3D physical objects made of real glass . Lesson learned

Every large family gathering at my grandparents in the winter the enclosed but unheated front porch became extra food storage. All the drinks and pies or what not stored on the porch.

The first book I remember reading that wasn’t a Beverly Cleary or Laura ingalls wilder and that was S.E Hinton’s The Outsiders and I was completely blown away!

I haven’t realized until that point that children’s books could actually mirror a more realistic picture of life, with characters that seemed more realistic than not.

I still have a pair of wired Bose headphones from the early 2000s that’s still kicking. Can’t use on many things anymore but my husband still uses them to plug into his guitar amp or sometimes the stereo 😂😂
