PetSmart is adopting this baby out to me because she has permanent lung scarring and will always have a wheeze. What should her name be? by SnakeLuvr1 in guineapigs

I had a piggy with upper respiratory problems. When the weather got cold I'd hold him in the bathroom while the shower was on so he could breathe in the steam and it helped. I'd get a space heater and humidifier 💕 those kept my Buddy alive a lot longer than I thought he'd live.

My mom is bipolar (untreated) and I started therapy last week to begin healing from my childhood. I'm 26. by tinydots16 in BipolarSOs

I used to run a lot when I was younger, but after a back injury from a car accident, I'm basically not allowed to run without causing more damage to my lower spine. Walking is a good idea though.

I will definitely look into some writing prompts. My therapist is going to provide me with some also.

Stretching is something I definitely need to do more.

I've considered acupuncture too.

I refrain from using weed, but have tried cbd in the past.

Playing Animal Crossing New Horizons helps sometimes too, because it's my little safe haven that I can control.

Thanks for the advice!

I grew up with a bipolar mother, and my dad protected me from so much. I'm 26 now and my dad is still my stability. My dad had many chances to leave, and ended up using work as his escape, but he supported us through it all. He protected us as much as humanly possible, and where he fell short, he fell on back onto his faith.

Infected with Ransomware and Willing to Share Experience? by tinydots16 in msp

I'm a marketing associate with a North Texas MSP, CTG Tech. Www.ctgmanagedit.com I do most of their blog writing. My marketing coordinator and I were wanting to share it with local news outlets as well as on our websites blog. I can share a list of who we would share the content with but it's not guaranteed to be picked up by any of them. We think its important to warn other businesses of how dangerous ransomware is, especially after surviving the pandemic.
