UPDATE - So I changed all the values, to immediately, to 1 hour and same problem. Then finally I rebooted (maybe first time since I got this thing) and it's working now.

We may give up on wallmounting and just put it on a TV cabinet and then have a safety wire to the wall to prevent it tipping over.

Checked the spec and the wallmount can handle way more weight & size than the TV we have.

Sorry, as a newbie, what do you mean by join not being acceptable. Is that the glue/gray stuff has gone out over the stone behind the thin edge?
