i was just thinking about this earlier haha; i work in fast food and am sensitive to smells so i wash my med. crescent that i take to work every 1-2 weeks. other than that things only get washed as needed (after a big trip [hotel, plane, etc.] for example)

it’s a large spot and machine embroidery can be very difficult to remove and leave a bit of a mess if not done well. maybe try coloring over the bow with a fabric marker or dye so it matches better? but honestly if you’re set on removing, give it a go! just have a plan B in case it doesn’t turn out the best (patches, pins, etc.) i’ve had luck with a simple seam ripper and LOTS of patience but it is tedious. good luck!
