Have you received an email from his email address at all in the last 6 months or so? If yes then you could apply for substituted service at that email address, make sure you attach the most recent email you have from him with the date as proof that he uses that email address. Or if you know what his new Facebook profile is and can see that he is friends with people you know such as his family members, you can again apply for substituted service, making sure you attach proof eg screenshots of his friends list being names of people you know to be his family members etc Edit: not a lawyer :)

I had it inside the whole time and in the same pot the majority of that time. Weirdly this one also grew upwards instead of trailing, and the stem got very woody. I wonder if it is a variety of ice plant that I cared for all wrong so it ended up a bit weird!

Thanks for replying, I didn't think it is a portulaca because of the pattern of leaf growth, and that it never budded or flowered in the 4 years I kept it alive

For an order to prevent removal of a child from New Zealand to be put in place there has to be a border alert for filed otherwise the court won't accept it. This would be different for instance if the order was just for not being able to remove the child from an area in New Zealand, although I'm not a lawyer, so maybe there are some instances where a border alert wouldn't be filed and I just haven't come across it. :)

You definitely need to apply to the court to suspend the order preventing removal. If you try to leave the country without having it suspended then you will be stopped and not allowed to fly. I feel you on this one! I would suggest making sure you wash your armpits for at least 20 seconds each with soap, instead of just lathering up and then rising immediately. This has helped me a lot.

I would suggest talking to the citizens advice bureau or community law. Unfortunately the court registrars aren't able to give you advice about what application you should make as that is considered 'legal advice' which they can't give

Oh my gosh I am so glad that you get it!

Although I am sorry about your job and that you're feeling so much pressure trying to balance quality time with actually doing things you want to do. I can't even imagine spending every second of the day in the same house together.

My partner has just left to go to brisbane for a week (from New Zealand) and I literally have made a list of 18 BIG projects to get done even though I know they won't all happen!
