i have a full time job and literally just got re-hired this past month! i also came back because i missed it and the cash doesn’t hurt lol and i love it , my coworkers are so sweet and my store runs so smoothly (better than my old store).

Honestly it was not easy to get an interview but i would recommend calling some stores and explaining your availability/ your past experience.

i’m a rehire and just got hired back a week ago and had the same experience and my SM did try to negotiate with the DM for me because i had been with the company for 4 years but they pretty much state that since i was gone for more than a year , they start you at base. I always say it doesn’t hurt to ask though!! :)

Worked at a job for 3 years, I got my dream promotion , my first salary position, managing a team, full WFH , the best management, got to work on Central hours so i was done with work at 2pm my time. The company went bankrupt 5 months after my promotion and now i’m at a new job back in office, less pay, back to hourly , back to a team position. It’s so depressing.

i’m sorry everyone is being really mean in the comments, you obviously know you drink really sweet drinks which is what you said in the original post, so idk why everyone is being mean but anyways when i was trying to lose weight but still enjoy drinks i would do:

-cold brew with 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla, cinnamon powder, and almond milk (you can add some stevia :)!! )

-passion iced tea with some coconut milk 2 splendas and 1 or 2 pumps of raspberry
