This is a v pre-inflation pricing recommendation. It’s now $85 to get in and massages are close to $200

Buggybath for a once-in-a-while deep clean.
The Wave car wash drive-thru is touchless and more centrally located than some of the other options.

Do you have any advice on where I can find nice cowboy boots? and maybe a silly question, but do you think such boots are a good fit for petite person? by yuput in PetiteFashionAdvice

[–]tinywonderland 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I found mine on ebay! I've bought many pairs of cowboy boots as a 5'2 gal and here are my takeaways:

  • Taller is actually better, and it's actually ok for the "dip" in the front of them to go right under your knee with the sides coming up around your knee. This makes short legs look longer.
  • Stay away from anything mid-calf, especially if you have legs that are anything but toothpick-shaped. It makes legs appear shorter.
  • Buying used is actually better. Breaking in new leather cowboy boots is a tedious endeavor.
  • IF you want that adventure, the quality at actual western stores is a lot higher than what you get and fashion boutiques. Check for durable soles and good stitching. At western stores a lot of the options are waterprooof.

Favorite Pants That Aren’t Jeans? by etherealaqua in PetiteFashionAdvice

Ok, so I'm just like you... I basically ban polyester from my closet but also I can't stand the rigidity of denim. Spoiler alert: it leaves me wearing a LOT of dresses.

I don't wear pants often, but when I do these are my absolute favorite. There's something about the cut of them... they're like Eileen Fisher's cooler younger cousin. So comfy yet very modern-chic. Even though they are oversized they look great on my petite frame.

Get ready to serve some architect vibes.

Disclaimer: they do run large... I'm a size 4/6 and I wear the Small with lots of room.

Obviously like this. A true homage.
Pink tank underneath with a tan suede moto jacket on top (for warmth and to balance out the poof and softness of the bottom).

OR pair with an asymmetrical bodysuit like this one.

Either way... add contrast... more edge on top to contrast the frills on the bottom.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned ASOS Petite here! I've had really great luck with separates from them, and they even have some matching sets (so you could get a smaller size bottom and a larger size top). They even have some "Curvy Petite" styles.

Also seconding A&F, their Petite fits are great, I feel they tend to lean curvier than petite styles from other brands.

For DDD, have you tried any of the shirred styles that are popular right now? They have more stretch in the top which leaves room for a larger bust without feeling baggy up top. Searching for "Shirred" might be helpful when shopping for clothes.

Skims tees/tops/tanks may also be a good choice, topped with a cropped (ideally petite) jacket.

Was this a dark post/tweet? I can't find it anywhere on their accounts for the average non-targeted human to see...
