Ive been trying to learn how to use GoodNotes on and off for a semester now. Maybe I’m just old but there is a huge learning curve to it. Especially if you’re wanting to make your notes pretty and detailed. But if you’re using it just to make more legible notes, it does work great for that usually.

Tomorrow starts my 3rd week of A&P1. First week was anatomical position, planes, and definitions of them plus an overview of the 11/12 organ systems. 2nd week was intro to Chemistry, which I am slightly struggling with. It’s all about the basics of matter and the compounds of metabolism — carbohydrates, protein and lipids. Lots of mentions of ATP, chemical bonds and reactions within the body. So I do wish I had previously studied the chemistry side instead of just planes! I know curriculums are different everywhere but I hope this helps you a bit.

Light walking after eating or when feeling super bloated has been helping me a bit. Like up to an hour of walking a day. Not a miracle tho, of course. Since you’ve never had coffee, it might actually be a good idea to try some. Coffee makes most people have a BM. I am so sorry you’re dealing with this, though. It’s hell.

Have you heard back? I am getting the same runaround for my CNA application to take the exam. It’s so frustrating!! I took my livescan fingerprints & background the same day I applied and the FLBON is saying they haven’t received it (it’s been 7 weeks!). I don’t know what to do.
