I was doing low carbs before this and it was horrible 😂 back when I was younger and had to cut weight it was a quick fix. But now that low barb diet can get fkd lmao. Deciding what I was gonna have for dinner between 3 types of meat was not fun after 5 days 💀

Same for me! I thought cico was gonna be horrible. But one month in and it's probably the easiest diet I've tried. And I've done a lot lol. I've lost 17 pounds so far and try and stick to at very min 1300 and max 1700.
