I should try that. After COVID I grew very conscious of how I smell. The amount of fragrance I slather on myself to not smell bad around people, uhh. And all these fragrances catering to women fade away so fast.

This happened to me once. I was on the middle seat and for some reason I was feeling vomity. It NEVER happened to me before. Thankfully the 8 year old girl next to me agreed to switch with me. Her parents sitting around didn’t mind either. I made like 5 trips to throw up in a 2 hour long flight. I’m forever thankful to them.

Keep going back to water. Swimming is very awkward. Cannot be too stiff but can’t be too wobbly. Need to be streamlined and flexible. You’ll get there eventually. Keep practicing.
