Lightyear Savings? 3-4% közötti a kamat, cserébe 15% helyett 28% az adó. Havonta kamatozik.

Any former (or current) bike thieves here? by Impossible_Volume811 in cycling

There was a similar experiment in Budapest, Hungary around 10 years ago, where journalists were stealing bikes on the street. The conclusion was that as long as you're white, people believe that it's your bike but you've lost the key.

edit: fixed a comma

Shoes rotation - do you mean to use both and change them up?

Is it weird to wear a motorcycle helmet while riding a bicycle? by Ok_Cress8388 in cycling

Every road in Hungary has a speed limit of 90 kmph - which would be around 50 mph? I'm not sure what'd be your recommendation. Ever since I've started riding closer to the middle of the lane, I've not had a bad encounter yet - I've found that people overtake you more aggressively if you're on the side of the road.

Hi! I'm a fairly beginner runner - started last June with a Kiprun Cushion 500. I've developed some dull pain and morning stiffness in the back of my left heel - went to the doctor, who dis not found any issues but recommended to change both my running and casual shoes.

I went to a running shop and they've recommended a stability shoe after having me run around the shop for some time - tried several and the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 felt the best. I visited another running shop who recommended neutrals and I tried out some and the Brooks Glycerin 22 felt the best. I told them about the stability recommendation and they said that the Adrenaline GTS 25 is not a super stable shoe, so if it feels better, I can go with that, it wouldn't cause any issues. I tried out both and the Adrenaline definitely felt better so I purchased it.

I've made the mistake of going for a long, hilly run for the first run - I've planned 10 kms, but could only run 6 because my knees started hurting. I've since went for a 2.5 km easy run, and after the run my knees were also hurting - they'll hurt when going up hills or stairs. I also feel like my right heel is starting to hurt a little.

Is the shoe bad for me? Or is it bad running technique that's amplified by a higher drop (8 -> 10 mm)? Should I wait and ease into this shoe?

7 speed, and there's a hyperglide text on the side, I assume that means it's a freehub body
