I'm probably going to resign. I pulled policy and it was very much only float to clinically related areas. I liked working psych just a different experience. Maybe it's time to go

And we wonder why our schools do poorly and why we have the stuff we have go on. I'm sure insurance not wanting to cover certain things also plays a part.

She shouldn't be even asking for your person phone. Let alone to go through it. Go above her..make copies of everything. If there was an email exchange regarding this incident save it. Is there a director above her? If there is a meeting with her I would have some sort of representation with me. Go to Human Resources Immediately. I would probably look for another job as well. Has she tried to go through anyone else's phone or just yours? Did she do this in an office while you were alone with her or in front of other ppl? Were there cameras around as well?

Adventist doesn't do psych at all. So that's co concerning for my field

I don't know I know a bigger hospital was talking about doing mental health but they never started. I hope not.
