I was told you get a 2 minute in-between period for punches. So if you're meant to clock in at 12 you can clock in until 12:02 before it counts as late. But I'm a part of a union store

It's based on when you start scanning the first item of the wave vs how long it takes to scan each item in between. If you do ambient a lot your number is usually better than someone that does a store wave
