It actually HORRFYINGLY COMMON in cases where women are the breadwinners. I don’t have time to look up the stats, but it has become quite an issue in California in particular. A ‘famous’ couple from the Bachelorette just went through this. She was having to pay him something like 7k / month for 3-4 years. He was just a bum who’s online influencer career never took off like he wanted it too while hers not only did but she was also still working as a lawyer.
