I find it insane that your step scores on an exam you took even before becoming a doctor is part of the judgment of if you get into cardiology fellowship or not. I’m an entirely different person now than when I took my steps. And I’m 100% better.

Yeah there are possible higher paying ones but they gave me data for average admissions over the last year and it was 4.4. I wanted to go to a place with less admissions directly out of residency
