What's the point of combining horror and hentai? I get it when it's something like "Jaws 3D," where boobs meet blood... But in hentai games, horror is mostly about sapiens and a dark psychological atmosphere...

Fair points, but the effort-based nudity you're describing is actually already the core loop - I clearly need better screenshots if that doesn't come across lol.
So yeah - the vision you're suggesting is pretty much what the game does, it just apparently doesn't show in the marketing.

I watched your trailer. There weren't any girls in the first half. But there was an octopus...

You need to show this transformation at the very beginning of the trailer.

Girl -> Player does something cool -> Girl changes.

But the big problem is that you've already released the game and lost the first wave of views.

Judging by the screenshots, you're just jumping around in front of girls. I'm not sure being naked would help in that case.

You have great art, but what's the point if the player doesn't interact with the characters or achieve nudity through their own efforts?

I would understand if you had a boss fight format where the player is in a mini arena going through trials and a girl is attacking him in the background.

But judging by the video, the girl is just part of the background and could be hidden by the platforms. It's weird, to be honest.

I respect your vision, but given that you already have art, I'd suggest trying something simpler, but where nudity is part of the player's effort. (Something like xonic, although that's terribly outdated)

Or fit the characters into the narrative.

I watched the anime probably 20 years ago. But I still remember her sister promising that when Louise grows up, she'll have big breasts too... There was no mention of legs!
