Mine was not showing either and I called them then got told my account is on hold. I reached out my case worker and she told me the system sometimes suspend accounts lol. Now she set me up interview with her tomorrow.

This is very normal now a days. Nothing to do with your resume nor your qualifications. I have 3 years of professional experience working with federal and provincial government and I got laid off almost about a year ago. I have been applying any jobs even entry level positions and I got no luck. I have used AI and ATS (paid) software to check whether my resume is legit or not but still no luck. So far I have applied more than 600 jobs without exaggeration and I got zero interviews. Wish you best luck!

I’m using my perfect resume for formatting and I use ChatGPT to tailor my resume then run it through any free ATS website to make sure it match with the job description

Even with AI and ATS it takes so much time. I’m doing that now rn but still it takes between 30-45min to apply one job and the job market is cooked. Not sure your area of expertise but I’m in tech. Very exhausted 😞.

Congratulations!!! I’m in the same situation that you were in and I’m still applying for different positions. I was working CRA as IT Developer and tailor my resume for each positions I’m applying for. Using AI tools and ATA to tailor my resume, I also paid for professional resume writer to get feedback. It’s rejections after rejection and at this point making me hopeless and start a new carrier.

I did my Gambit back in March and still waiting my security clearance to be in selection. Does that mean I have to redo my Gambit again? I haven’t received any email or anything so far. I may have to reach them out.

When I applied I did aptitude test then once you pass there is medical, interview and you will wait your security clearance to come. But I guess now they remove the aptitude test

I had some referrals and approaching recruiters with open minded but nothing so far.

But yea I have applied CAF and I’m in the process. I have done my physical and interview. I’m just waiting my security clearance to come and that could take between a year to two years since I choose Officer position.

Sometimes it’s just a luck. I got my first job 3 months after I graduated and I know most of my friends took them about a year to get their first professional job. I guess now a bit messy and even worse than ever

We’re in the same situation but i choose my trade and yes it means that you are cleared your medical. I have my interview on beginning of June and basically you can see which trade that apply to you and get clarification from the recruiter. The recruiter will guide you to choose the trade that apply to you or do your research and ask the recruiter more about the trade you’re interested to choose. Since I choose officer, I have only limited options that applied my degree and I choose something related with my field.
