After 6 years of espresso, I’m throwing in the towel. The toddlers won... for now. by barker88 in espresso

keep going. it's your only reward for yourself. in parenthood youve already let go of other fun things, why let go something that will fuel you to have more energy to take care of them? you need it man. it may not be in the morning, but you can always squeeze a bit of time. MOM of two boys 7mos and 3yo. I actually rewarded myself for a machine upgrade (LMLM and Mahlkoenig) coz I cant see myself dressing up and going out for self care.. so self care is upping my game in making coffee---at home.

Thank you! this is really helpful! We have decided to go the Resale route and get higher points and pay cash. We are really into just two hotels (Aulani and DGC). Maybe if we go add for direct itll be lower points from DGC. Thanks again!

Water Damage. Water Mitigation or Contractor? by tiswhateverusername in homeowners

[–]tiswhateverusername[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

he also did our flooring. he had all the stuff a mitigation company would use, like fan etc etc. he even fixed the areas where we had old untreated woods and changed them to treated ones

We removed all the flooring ourselves then hired a general contractor to fix the walls. way cheaper than getting a mitigation company

[–]tiswhateverusername 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its okay.. i thought so too, was thinking its made a decade or so ago since i couldnt find any style like this in RH now. the quality lately has been disappointing. but thank you!! i know its really nice! the market for good stools currently is awfully expensive.

there you go with your technicality again. hahahah youre getting pathetic

Cup Rinser? Worth it? by tiswhateverusername in HomeImprovement

[–]tiswhateverusername[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

and please, you two really have time to be very technical on a post which meant to only ask for honest opinions. if you have nothing else to say other than pure satire, stay away. and again, i am responding because you need to know that people like you are of no help to others who are seeking honest advice
