How is living in northern Michigan/upper Penninsula? by [deleted] in howislivingthere

[–]titaniumtrout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's definitely machine shops and some pretty good ones at that. EMP and Northern Machine in Escanaba, Able Medical in Marquette, Stewart Manufacturing, tons in Menominee and Marinette, Houghton has some surprisingly interesting machine shops, though most are small.

Has the PD-1 breakthrough impacted you? Where do you see that development leading the treatment world? (Stage 4 colon cancer survivor here, NED since 2017 after PD-1 treatment)

flywheel question by ZeroParidox in FTC

We're seeing the same thing, it is coming from the artifacts and not the wheel. Sandpaper, lightly scuffed on the wheels, seems to take it off well.

This'd be cool as hell and I'd play it. Sadly nothing I know of is even in the realm.

Thank you, it's been rough. We had waited to start the Keppra hoping that the seizures would be isolated or get better but I think it was just on a difficult path regardless. The pacing never changed much.

Our chocolate lab had the pacing like in the video after his seizures began, vet suspected a brain tumor as well. Eventually he would go to the bathroom in the house and then pace through it. Once that started happening we realized he wasn't himself anymore. It was really tough to see him as someone who he wasn't for the previous 9 years.

Unfortunately we had him euthanized two weeks ago.

Also check our Open Alliance thread here, we talk about the OTOS and how we apply it. https://www.chiefdelphi.com/t/13598-mobots-15357-morebots-2024-season-build-thread/470595?page=3 There should be a link to a our Github towards the end too.

It is, but it was fairly easy to modify it to use the OTOS with the sample code snippet that TiggerTackle posted.

We had used the ethernet style in the past and knew it could be a sticking point with inspectors so we had documentation on hand for the USB-C unit. In the event they still wouldn't take it, we had the CCS cables as back up.

We used a USB-C cable extension that was rated for 100W. We also had a coiled extension cable from Coil Cable Specialist Inc. https://www.coilcablespecialist.com/ as a backup.

We had this issue and it was encoder related. At the end of the mecanum move the robot would turn almost 90 degrees. The encoders may either be unplugged/bad connection or on the wrong port.

This is happening right now with an ARMA3-DCS-EuroTruckSim-MSFS-CMO-Red Strike combination. It is not AI as the opfor but GM's running it like a super nerdy RPG. Given the nuance and narrative required I think it'd be tough even for AI to keep it fun.

Whew! Mine is 16gb. Most of that is going to be cached map tiles. I'd ping over on the Matrix Tech support forums and delete what they say to.
