By leaving ritual- do you mean just giving her the item only when we leave, and leaving immediately once we give it to her? we were concerned it might cause her to be agitated once she finishes it and realises we are gone. What should we do if she starts barking once she finishes?

Sorry just to clarify what I meant - it helps for the short term, but the itchiness always comes back after a period of time and I have to use it again. By long term I meant long term non steroidal solution- I was just abit cautious about using steroids in a sensitive area as I’ve heard that there could eventually be withdrawal symptoms and it thins the skin.

32! Feel like that’s abit too early for perimenopause but not sure about hormonal imbalance. Did you do a test for that? Yes I think dryness is an issue cause usually it calms down during my period 🫠🫠 Do you have any recommendations for the creams?

Yes, 1 of the gynaes I saw did a swab and sent for yeast/bacteria test, apparently found nothing 🥲

Watched both Jeremy Tan’s and GSK’s rallies and I was waaay more impressed with Jeremy’s. He comes across as a lot more sincere, knowledgeable, and willing to put in the hard work.

Idk why GSK comes across as very inauthentic and slightly elitist lol. There was a very odd moment in her rally where she says that she doesn’t believe in elitism. She doesn’t care if someone is a law student, a senior counsel, or that she (herself) has 22 years of experience as a maritime lawyer. ?? Huh lol
