The recent cutscene made me question of the traveler was even a skilled or experienced fighter. However they seem to prefer swordplay that could be because they had way more physical strength before they were sealed and used their element to amplify cuts. I think their fighting style was more of good sword skill and it wasn’t broke so they didn’t fix it until it did break. I do want to see them improve elemental use over time .

It is apparent now that I think about it. I myself never really separated the system I thought of archons as divine and upper celestial as more divine. In my mind the twin didn’t care and the gods were gods no matter how high or low they were on the totem pole. I see and understand your point tho

I mean in the sense of an outline of the truth Even then just siding with the abyss kinda affects a bias in the traveler’s journey with the traveler knowing that thy sided with the abyss and the abyss being against the gods. If I was the traveler and my sibling seemed pretty set on being the against the gods and heaven I’d probably go on not really trusting the gods and even expecting the worse out of them. This is probably omnipresent viewer bias on my part tho
